Our gorgeous dried pearled barley cooks within twenty-five minutes with no prior soaking required. They have a mild, slightly nutty flavor and hold their shape when cooked. Pearled barley has a chewy texture and is full of fiber, iron, and other nutrients. We love the beautiful golden color showcased in this barley, not to mention its versatility in soups, stews, and other recipes.
