Clear Creek Green Lentils are sourced from a Montana farm in order to bring nutrient-rich products sourced from the Pacific Northwest to the kitchens of our customers.
Our green lentils take less than half an hour to cook without any prior soaking. Our fresh green lentils have an earthy flavor with hints of pepper and are versatile enough to maintain their shape or puree easily.
They make an excellent green lentil dal and can be combined beautifully with garlic and thyme for an easy side dish.
